- 8 oz challah bread about 6 slices
- 1 container egg whites 16 oz (454g)
- 1 tsp cinnamon optional
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
- 1 tbs monkfruit sweetener (or any other) if you don't like sweeteners - use sugar
Slice challah bread (each slice weighs between 1-1.5 oz)
