  • 24 hours before you decide to make this healthy yogurt ice cream, put an ice cream machine bowl into the freezer
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients: yogurt, sweetener, coconut extract and coconut flakes.
  • Remove the bowl from freezer. Assemble ice cream machine according to manufacturer instructions.
  • Turn the ice cream machine on and start pouring the yogurt mixture slowly.
  • Churn for 15 minutes.
  • Serve immediately. Make sure to transfer all ice cream into an airtight container right away. If left in the bowl, the yogurt will continue freezing.
