- 4 eggs
- ½ cup 4 oz 2% milk
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium tomato
- ½ head of cauliflower chopped or riced
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese 21g each
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- ½ tsp dried oregano optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
