Into Nutribullet, put 6 tbs of liquid egg whites (100 g) Add 1 cup of old fashioned oats (82 g)
Add 2 tbs monkfruit sweetener (30 g), ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda, ½ tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla extract Add ¾ cup (150 g) non fat Greek yogurt and ¼ cup sugar free syrup (40-50g) Blend well
Transfer into a bowl or large measuring cup and add ½ cup (50g)(1.75oz) PB2 Combine until smooth. Divide into three 8 oz ramekins Cut up an apple in small dice pieces and spread over the batter. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon
Bake at 350F (180C) for 30 minutes
