Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats 82 g
  • 6 tbs liquid egg whites 100 g
  • 2 scoops collage peptides optional
  • ¾ cup non fat greek yogurt 150 g
  • ¼ cup sugar free syrup 40-50 g
  • 2 tbs monkfruit sweetener 30 g
  • ¼ cup PB2 powdered peanut butter 50 g
  • 1 small apple 84 g
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Equipment

  • 1 Nutribullet
  • 3 8 oz ramekins

Method
 

  1. Into Nutribullet, put 6 tbs of liquid egg whites (100 g)
  2. Add 1 cup of old fashioned oats (82 g)
  3. Add 2 scoops of collagen peptides
  4. Add 2 tbs monkfruit sweetener (30 g), ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda, ½ tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. Add ¾ cup (150 g) non fat Greek yogurt and ¼ cup sugar free syrup (40-50g)
  6. Blend well
  7. Transfer into a bowl or large measuring cup and add ½ cup (50g)(1.75oz) PB2
  8. Combine until smooth. Divide into three 8 oz ramekins
  9. Cut up an apple in small dice pieces and spread over the batter. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon
  10. Bake at 350F (180C) for 30 minutes
