Mash & Mix
In a bowl, mash the banana and whisk in the egg. Stir in the cottage cheese and mix until combined. Add oats for thickness.
Add Chocolate
Fold in the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.
Microwave Method
Pour ⅓ to ½ of the batter into a microwave-safe ramekin or mug.
Microwave on high for 1½ to 2 minutes until set and fluffy.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Air Fryer Method
Pour batter into a small ramekin.
Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes.
Check halfway and adjust timing based on texture preference.
