Ingredients
  

  • 3 pitas mine have 140 calories each
  • 3 oz prosciutto
  • 6 slices light swiss cheese (or mozzarella) 21 g each
  • 6 large eggs

Method
 

  1. Cut pita bread in half
  2. Spread pizza sauce
  3. Top with cheese and prosciutto
  4. Bake at 450F for 8-10 minutes
  5. Fry eggs on nonstick pan until egg whites start setting
  6. Top pizza with an egg and broil for 30 seconds or more for the egg to set to your desired texture
