For the crisp
- Combine all ingredients: oats, sugar and butter and create a crumbly topping
For Peaches
- Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit
- Dice the fruit
- Transfer into a small pot and add sweetener
- Cook on medium high until the juice reduces
Assemble
- Transfer the peaches into oven safe ramekins
- Spread oat topping
- Bake at 375 F for 35 minutes
- Serve with Greek yogurt or ice cream
