- 2 tbs melted and cooled butter 1 oz
- 1 cup all purpose flour 120 g
- 1 cup buttermilk 250 g
- ¼ cup 2% milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
Prepare dry ingredients
In a large bowl combine egg and sugar and whisk
Add cooled butter, mix
Add buttermilk and milk, whisk
Sift in dry ingredients
Whisk just to combine. Do not over mix
Prepare waffle maker and follow the manufacturer instruction
