  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbs melted and cooled butter 1 oz
  • 1 cup all purpose flour 120 g
  • 1 cup buttermilk 250 g
  • ¼ cup 2% milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda

  • Prepare dry ingredients
  • In a large bowl combine egg and sugar and whisk

  • Add buttermilk and milk, whisk

  • Sift in dry ingredients
